This unique course combines expert nutritional advice with the power of clinical hypnotherapy to help you develop a healthier relationship with food. You’ll learn how your brain works when it comes to food choices, why you eat in ways you don’t want to, and how to change those thought patterns. Expert nutritional tips will ensure you feel more satisfied and healthier overall, and as a result, many people experience weight loss as they make lasting changes to their habits.

This course is designed to support you in making healthier, sustainable changes to your eating habits and thought patterns enabling you to reach your ideal weight more easily and not relying on will power alone. By combining hypnotherapy and nutritional advice, you’ll learn how to develop a more balanced, mindful approach to food, designed to lead to weight loss. It’s important to remember that every individual’s journey is unique, and success may look different for each person.

The course begins on 29th April and lasts for 4 weeks, with an option for 2 additional weeks of hypnotherapy if you choose.

The weekly sessions last 60 – 90 mins and you need to be able to commit to this as a minimum. You will need time to review the recipes in the menu plan and recipe book to decide which of the delicious and nutritious meals you are going to make each week and that may involve you having to shop in different parts of the supermarket to those that you are used to! Having some time to reflect on your goals and the techniques will teach you will be a really important part of each week. 

The course is online, so you can join from the comfort of your own home, wherever you are.

The course will cover:

  • Neuroscience of eating – Understanding why you might eat foods you don’t want to and how to change your thoughts around food.
  • Expert nutritional advice – Learn practical tips to improve your health, feel more satisfied with your meals, and make better food choices.
  • Hypnotherapy – At the end of each session, you’ll enjoy a relaxing hypnosis session that will help reinforce the positive changes you’re making.

Yes, it’s best to attend all 4 weekly sessions to get the full benefit of the course. However, the sessions will be recorded, so if you miss one, you can catch up.

Absolutely! The course is designed for beginners and those who are new to hypnotherapy. The sessions are relaxed, safe, and focused on helping you achieve positive, lasting change.

You just need a comfortable space to sit back and relax, with headphones or speakers to hear the session clearly. It’s a good idea to have a blanket nearby, as your body temperature may drop during the hypnosis, and you may feel more relaxed in a cosy environment.

Yes, hypnosis is a natural state of deep relaxation that we all experience in daily life. You’ll be guided step by step, and it’s common to feel very relaxed, calm, and open to change during the sessions.

Yes! The 2 extra weeks are optional and will offer additional hypnotherapy sessions to reinforce the changes you’ve made. These extra sessions are designed to provide you with even more support as you continue on your weight management journey.
